Hasbara Fellowships

Hasbara Fellowships is a leadership development seminar for top Jewish university students from across North America. Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, there is a necessity to develop young Jewish leaders who are educated and knowledgeable about Israeli history and politics, as well as capable of communicating a pro-Israel message to the Diaspora community, specifically on college campuses.

On Tuesday September 12th Israeli hip hop icons Hadag Nachash rocked out at the University of Western Ontario in London. Nearly 500 students came out to see Israel's hottest and most eclectic act. Students were able to get a taste of Israeli music and kickoff the school year with a big blast.

The event was put together by so many people including Noah Slepkov, Tali Bogler, Ayelet Klaczkowski, Kyle Lichtman and "Didi". A special thanks to Hasbara Fellow Susie Muller for running the Hasbara Table.

The event was sponsored by Hillel, Hasbara Fellowships, AEPi, CJPAC and many other organizations. Posted by Picasa
